The hut is named after José Schyns, a nature lover and bird conservationist who was committed to protecting and experiencing the wildlife in this region. This rest area is in excellent condition and is ideal for a rest. It is located in the Jägersief area, where the wet meadows (towards Perlenbachtal) transform into a sea of daffodils in early April.
