Refuge equipped with a barbecue area and several recently renovated benches and tables. It's a shame, as often happens, there isn't a free access room even of minimal surface area intended for hikers to use in case of emergencies.

Refuge and equipped area immersed in the nature of the Nebrodi Park at a thousand meters above sea level. It is possible to reach Case Zarbata from the crossroads of the bridge over the Flascio, and you can continue the path towards Monte Colla for an excursion in the woods.

The Trentasalme Refuge, nestled in the heart of the Etna Park, is easily accessible. Ideal for outdoor barbecues and loved by children, it is surrounded by woodland and wildlife. Well cared for by the Forestry.

The refuge has suffered vandalism and has rubbish in the adjacent areas but it is an excellent site to camp out due to the presence of numerous nearby springs and streams
