Right next to Kummerow Castle you will find a small beach, a water hiking rest area, a playground for the kids and a place to stop for refreshments. With a view of Lake Kummerow you can really enjoy yourself here.

Lake Kummerow is, after all, the eighth largest lake in Germany. Here at Kummerow Harbor, there are always impressive plays of light across the water and the beach, always worth a stop. On April 29, 2024, the "Hafenkieker" kiosk reopened here with a new operator and harbor master and extended opening hours. A short distance away is Kummerow Castle, which is worth seeing - especially inside.

Super nice people with great tips. A real recommendation here is to rent a canoe or kayak. There are tours to the water hiking rest stop 8 km away, to Demmin or a 5-day tour on offer. The rental takes care of the return transport. Individual paddling is also offered.
