A trip to another world in just a few steps. The city no longer exists. The force of nature sweeps you away. You breathe.

A refreshing hike leads through the impressive and shady Vièze Gorge. Seven educational boards along the rushing river give you an insight into the geological, biological and historical heritage. Further up, you cross the 90 meter long and 60 meter high suspension bridge over the Vièze and reach the village of Choëx. There you have a fantastic view of the valley, Lake Geneva and the surrounding mountains.

The Avancon Gorge is the main attraction of the trail and is very impressive to look at.

This is a hard (horrible?) bit, with banked slate and nothing to hold on to. If you slip you'll probably fall to your death. I shudder every time I see the pictures. Yes the path is that narrow thing in the middle of the cliff.
