Nice route through the protected site of the Nant Valley. Steady climb mainly through the forest and arrival at the famous "hole". The passage is done without a backpack, which you will push in front of you, for the duration of the passage. Claustrophobic ok! Not suitable for dogs I would say. A few dizzying passages just before the arrival, caution and concentration and all is well! Descent and return to Pont de Nant or Les Plans sur Bex, quite steep descent towards the end.

Lake Lioson is also known as the “Pearl of the Alpine Lakes”. You will enjoy views of mountains, forests, rivers and wildflowers. The trail is moderately difficult, with an elevation gain of 1,443 feet. The best time to visit this trail is from May to October, when the weather is pleasant and the lake is clear. You can also stop at the Lac Lioson restaurant to eat or have a drink. This trail is a great way to discover the beauty and culture of the Vaud region.

If you are looking for a thrilling and scenic hike in the Swiss Alps, you should check out Devil's Quille. A path takes you across the Tsanfleuron glacier, from where you can admire the view of the Diablerets mountain group and the Oldenhorn summit.
