Wonderful accommodation. We stayed there on our long-distance hike from Tarifa to Switzerland and had a lovely room and an excellent dinner.

The history dates back to its construction in 1610 by the doctor named Tristany who donated the Farmhouse to the Carthusian monks. Until a few years ago it was part of the Valencia Hiking Center. It is currently abandoned.

It is a forest house, belonging to the Department of the Environment of the Generalitat Valenciana. It is located halfway up the climb on the main track towards Masía d'Ascla and a little before the upper detour of the Font de la Garsa track.
