이 독특한 산장은 해발 1,700미터, 도시 중심부에서 약 7킬로미터 떨어진 산악 지대에 자리 잡고 있습니다. 20세기에 지역 자재를 활용하여 산비탈을 이용하여 지어진 단순한 건물입니다. 직사각형 평면에 개별 출입구가 있는 두 개의 층으로 구성되어 있습니다. 원래는 산림 경비원의 주거지였으나, 1985년 마드리드 지역 건축 총국에서 산악 산장으로 사용하기 위해 개조했습니다.
