A very well-maintained hiking trail in the nature reserve. Despite the limited route, there's plenty of nature to see.

The Sēra dīķu taka, the path along the sulphur pools, takes you into an almost mystical landscape. The sulphurous pools shimmer in unusual colours that reflect the light in a surreal play. The flora around the pools is in strong, earthy tones and blends harmoniously into the slightly smoky atmosphere that is typical of bogs. The air is filled with a light smell of sulphur, reminiscent of the geological forces that have shaped this landscape. There are information boards along the path that tell you interesting facts about the flora, fauna and geological features of the area. An impressive place that shows the wild beauty of Latvian nature and inspires reflection on the forces of nature.

The benches in Ķemeri National Park, like this one on the edge of a quiet bog lake, really invite you to take a little break. There is something calming, almost meditative about this place - the vastness of the bog, the reflective surfaces of the water and the sparsely covered groups of trees create a unique atmosphere that is rarely found. The wooden platforms are well integrated into the environment and the view of the bog changes depending on the season and the weather - sometimes mystical in the mist, sometimes clear and calm as a mirror.

A visit to Ķemeri National Park is almost like a journey to another world. The moorland landscape with its quiet, dark water areas and extensive heathlands has something mystical about it. The numerous wooden paths that meander like narrow paths through the dense greenery are particularly attractive and give you the opportunity to immerse yourself deeply in the landscape without disturbing nature. The viewpoints with the simple but stylishly designed wooden loungers invite you to linger. Here you can pause for a moment, take in the peace and quiet and enjoy the vastness of the moor. Even on sunny days, Ķemeri National Park has a special, almost melancholic atmosphere that sets the park apart from other nature destinations.
