I'd seen the Wental valley on a few Komoot posts, and I was intrigued. How beautiful was it? Impressive rock formations and such a riot of color in the forest. I haven't been here in a long time. I just mistakenly relied on the weather forecast⛅️. The exact opposite was true 🌧. No matter. It was still nice to be back. The monkey and predator houses were unfortunately closed, but the exotic animal house alone was worth the trip.

There was more to see than the tour promised. Great hollow trails, game reserves, alpaca enclosures, etc. The visibility was pretty poor. But even in this weather, it was a pleasant hike.

Perfect hiking weather. Pleasant temperatures and a constant cool breeze. We simply had to get out. And because of the Bietigheim horse market, the normally well-frequented paths were relatively empty. That's how we like it.

What a perfect day! I ventured out to a concert with a friend after 15 years. Everything went perfectly, as the parking organization and the set-up of the venue were exemplary. And the show, delivered by one of my favorite bands despite their advanced age, was phenomenal. All in all, an unforgettable day.

I finally got around to going to the Black Forest again. It was wonderful. The weather was perfect, and we had the trails to ourselves. PERFECT.

It's always beautiful here. The options and variety of trails are simply fantastic. It was relatively busy, but you still had some peace and quiet. The weather was perfect, too. And to finish off, we went to the beer garden at the "Seemühle" near Vaihingen. 🍺🍗😋

Simply beautiful. Unfortunately, the camera failed during the forest flight. But it was still beautiful. But then came the flying fox. WOW WOW WOW. Definitely going again. Unfortunately, we couldn't do the tour afterward because we ran out of time.

It was actually a nice tour. The weather wasn't great though 🌧. The Diebsteig Trail, in particular, isn't much fun in wet weather. Otherwise, there are no particular challenges. Very pleasant to hike, except for the trail.
