A beautiful section of the Hallerbach where the hiking trail sometimes even runs on stones in the water.

The bridge sways slightly but is still easy to walk on. In the middle, there are benches on each side.

After the old bridge was washed away in a storm in 2021, this amazing suspension bridge was built. Walking across it is an experience; it swings and makes you feel like you're on the high seas 😂. There are two benches at the highest point for resting, but I'm not sure if that's good for you 🤢?

Unfortunately, one can no longer call it a waterfall; perhaps the name "Irrel Canyon" would be more appropriate? But regardless, it's a beautiful piece of nature, and nature is constantly changing. The damaged old wooden bridge has since been replaced by a suspension bridge.

Our route takes us further through the beautiful Hallerbach valley. It reminds me of the wild stream valleys of East Belgium.
