There are two stream crossings over stepping stones, which can be flooded depending on the water level. It is recommended to take the path uphill towards the chateau. Then the small waterfalls and rapids can be admired particularly well.

The Aesbach gorge is a beautiful gorge with impressive rock formations. Because the sun barely reaches the bottom of the gorge, a moss carpet has formed on the damp walls. It really feels like you are walking into a fairy tale here.
