The hiking car park is directly opposite the suspension bridge over the Prüm, which opened on September 30, 2023.

In the pharmacy in Irrel there are cough drops in a tin can with a picture of the wooden bridge over the Irrel Waterfalls (= rapids), which was destroyed in 2021. The suspension bridge could become a new "landmark", which has not yet been released as of August 2023, but is almost complete. This parking lot is located directly at the suspension bridge.
