The Treene valley stretches over a length of around 50 kilometers and offers a varied landscape of forests, meadows and lakes. The diversity of the flora that unfolds in the various habitats is particularly impressive.

To improve its own infrastructure and to stimulate the increasing local recreation in the Flensburg area, the municipality of Wallsbüll has created a leisure facility with an adventure playground. A remarkable facility was created on 4.5 hectares, including a former gravel pit, without interfering with nature. Is there an entrance to the site from the street... it may be that there are now signs with Auifschrift "Private"... never mind, why do I care.... 😉, I'm sitting there just for a break... 😀

The bathing area is very well maintained, and the paths are easy to cycle there.
