I can remember great party nights there. Since the hut is rented out, you really have a nice party location up here. The Obernsees Beautification Association hosts the hut every Sunday. A drinks machine, e-bike station, hiking maps and a parking lot complete the offer

At the cycle path underpass through the federal highway, a small, mostly gravel path branches off to the bird watching station at Craimoosweiher, about 150 m away. From there you can see almost the entire pond and watch the birds. It is particularly beautiful at sunset when the setting sun is reflected in the water.

It's a shame that it only opens at 5 p.m.! Unfortunately, when hiking the Bierquelleweg, you continue thirsty!
