Unterschwaningen Castle is a former moated castle and later castle of the Margraves of Ansbach on the northeast edge of Unterschwaningen in the Central Franconian district of Ansbach in Bavaria

Worth seeing facility, which can only be visited from the outside. The castle was once the summer residence of the Margravine of Ansbach and sister of "Alter Fritz".

Absolutely worth seeing facility with castle and associated landscape park. Admission is currently €15 and contributes to the maintenance of the facility. The castle park was laid out by the "green" Baron Süsskind, who did almost all the planting here himself.
