The Teufelsmühle is a log cabin in the Kahlgrund valley that served as a tourist restaurant from 1945 to 1960. Today, the Teufelsmühle is no longer licensed to serve alcohol. The tenant organizes public festivals at the Teufelsmühle on certain days of the year (e.g., May 1st and Father's Day). The Teufelsmühle remains family-owned and is maintained by the descendants of its builders together with the tenant. The private grounds surrounding the mill are open to hikers, who are cordially invited to stop for a rest or a picnic and enjoy this wild and romantic setting.
