Fuchsberg viewpoint at the edge of the former Ratssteinbruch quarry in the Zeisigwald forest. Information: The Fuchsberg, a 398.3-meter-high hill, is located within the forest. In the 1990s, an extensive network of paths was created in the area of the old quarries, the edges of the former quarries were secured with railings, and the Fuchsberg was transformed into a viewpoint offering views over the city of Chemnitz and the Ore Mountains foothills. The former Ratssteinbruch quarry is a protected historical site.
