The shelter is still standing (as of November 25th) and is in good condition. Right next to it is a bathing area with a large meadow and a magnificent view across the lake to the castle.

The hut is partially shaded, but completely shaded from midday onwards. About 100 m south of the refuge you have a beautiful view over the meadows of Lake Trent.

The shelter is somewhat hidden around the corner. A small sign indicates that there is a shelter.
