The Edeslweißhütte is a hut belonging to the Schrobenhausen section of the German Alpine Association. You can stop by on Saturdays from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. You can enjoy the hut's dishes and drinks either in the cozy parlor or outside in the beer garden. The Grubethaus is usually open on weekends, except for school holidays. You can find out exactly when you can stop by on the Grubetfreunde website: https://www.grubetfreunde.de/. Across the street is an educational beekeeping facility, and this is also where the forest adventure trail starts.

Beautiful rest area in front of a nut tree (when nuts are ripe, definitely put on a helmet 😜). God rewards those who set it up and kept it so beautiful (and those who leave it clean).
