The lakeside restaurant offers you local and international culinary creations, homemade cakes and coffee, as well as a barbecue area, a playground, a kiosk and sanitary facilities. * The Ottenstein beach restaurant has a large sun terrace from which you have a wonderful view of the lake and the Lichtenfels castle ruins. Here you can enjoy juicy burgers, crispy salads and fresh fish while you watch the hustle and bustle at the boat rental and the colorful scenery on the lake. * The Ottenstein beach bar is also an ideal place for your summer party. You can book an exclusive reservoir tour on the MS Ottenstein here, which will take you to the most beautiful corners of the lake. Afterwards you can treat yourself to a delicious buffet in the lakeside restaurant. * The Ottenstein beach restaurant is open daily from May to September from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. You can arrive here by car, bike or on foot. There is also a bus stop nearby.

Ottenstein Reservoir is a popular recreational area in the Waldviertel region of Lower Austria. It is the uppermost of the three Kamp Reservoirs in the Waldviertel region of Lower Austria and was created in the 1950s. The lake has a surface area of 4.3 square meters. The lake is known for its fjord-like, branching arms, reminiscent of Scandinavian landscapes. It is surrounded by wooded shores, ideal for hiking and walking.
