The walk is worth it from the Pannaßturm you have a great view of Plön

At the giant boulder, walk 50 meters across the forest, and voila, you're at the summit of Brommerberg. The view is quite beautiful and stretches in three directions.

At a height of 85 meters above sea level, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the town of Plön with its lakes, forests and meadows at any time of year. Let your gaze wander over bright yellow rapeseed fields during the rapeseed blossom or colorful forests during the autumn colors. The climb up the steel lattice tower, built in 1888, is free and offers an impressive panoramic view.

The Bungsberg is the highest elevation in Schleswig-Holstein at 167.4 m above sea level[1]. It is located in Holstein Switzerland in the area of the municipality of Schönwalde am Bungsberg in the district of Ostholstein; close to the elevation are the municipality of Kasseedorf in the same district and the municipality of Kirchnüchel in the district of Plön.

At 130 meters, the Strezerberg is the second highest elevation in Schleswig-Holstein and the highest in the Plön district. In contrast to the Bungsberg (168 m above sea level, the highest elevation in Schleswig-Holstein), the summit is wooded and offers no special view. There is a transmission mast and a building on the elevation.

Once you have climbed the 20 m high viewing platform, you are at a total height of 85 m above sea level. In any case, the height has a positive effect, because the Parnaßturm offers a fantastic view of the city of Plön and the surrounding lake landscape. The observation tower is open until 7 p.m. during the day. Shouldn't be missed when you're in Plön. Depending on which side you come from, the ascent is relatively steep.
