If you don't really want to push, carry, and climb over mudslides, you should avoid this section. It took me just under 2 hours to complete this section.

Mudslide... a mass of rock, mud and rubble that is quickly washed down the mountain by large amounts of water and can cause great devastation. On our hike up Höhnig, we had to go through a section like this, which, however, also offered nice, cool water in the high temperatures. In the meantime, of course, it was just a beautiful stream.
