💙🐦‍⬛Rantumbecken 은 Rantum🧭에 있는 약 600헥타르 규모의 수역으로, 원래 계획되었던 수상 비행기 공항의 일정한 수위를 확보하기 위해 1930년대 후반에 제방으로 둘러싸였습니다. 그러나 Rantumbecken은 수상 비행기 공항으로 사용된 적이 없습니다. 새로 확보된 자연 지역에는 바닷새 보호 구역이 설립되었으며🐦‍⬛, 오늘날 전 세계의 조류학자들을 끌어들이고 있습니다. 🐦‍⬛💙Rantumbecken은 현재 북부 독일에서 가장 다양한 종의 조류 보호 구역 중 하나이며, 50종 이상의 조류가 번식하고 쉬는 모습을 볼 수 있습니다🐦‍⬛. 특히 철새 이동 시기에는 만조 때 수천 마리의 새들이 거대한 무리를 이루는 것을 볼 수 있습니다🐦‍⬛🐦‍⬛🐦‍⬛🐦‍⬛👌🏼.

Wide sky, wide sea. In the south of Sylt you can walk for miles along the dam that separates the Rantum Basin (a brackish water lake) from the North Sea. It was originally built in 1936/37 on behalf of the Wehrmacht - it was intended to serve as an air base for naval aviation for the Luftwaffe. Today the Rantum Basin is a valuable nature reserve.

Very nice stretch of road. However, the applied gravel is unsightly, you have to be a little careful.

Uthörn is 780 meters long, up to 240 meters wide and covers an area of 13 hectares. The island is relatively young and has developed from a sandbank. Due to sand being washed up from the Sylt coastal dunes, Uthörn has now grown to a height of a good 4.10 meters above sea level and is no longer flooded at high tide. It is believed that the island will continue to grow in the future. So far, Uthörn has only been overgrown with pioneer plants typical of the North Sea coast, such as beach grass.
