Stopped at Loft Cafe in late May 2022 on WKW cycle. Proper coffee & great cakes. Super friendly too. It's a slog to the Slice of Cornwall, the next obvious stop on the route, so well worth stopping at the Loft first.

Lovely old fishing village where I felt very relaxed after a week of hiking on the Coast Path. The Life Boat House is now a Fish & Chip shop with dine in and takeaway (only takeaway available when I was there due to you know what)…they serve beer and wine too.

Try the Bay Hotel for a quiet drink. Recommended!

Can recommend the fish and chips from the Life Boat House chippy. They serve beer and wine too! What better way to relax after a long day of hiking on the Coast Path.

Coverack is a traditional fishing village that has a stunning beach and a beautiful harbour. Steeped in Cornish history, the tiny settlement has a colourful past as a smugglers’ haunt. Some of the cottages are said to still have secret passages and cellars from their smuggling days.

Coverack is one of my favourite places, it never seems to get too busy, there’s absolutely stunning views, there is a windsurfing and Kayak hire centre, a great pub, friendly locals....... the list just goes on and on.
