Oberjoch (dialect: s Joh) is a district of the market town of Bad Hindelang on a high saddle in the Bavarian-Swabian district of Oberallgäu. The parish village is advertised as "Germany's highest ski and mountain village", but there are higher settlements in Germany (Feldberg (place), Winklmoos-Alm, Gerstruben). Only around 200 people live here permanently.

Drive up and set it as the starting point for a circular hiking trail. Great walks possible.

Hardly a real mountain undertaking - yes, there are quite a few meters of altitude, but it is never in the least difficult. In summer it can be a bit uncomfortable that the path offers almost no shade from both sides.
