At 1,762 feet (537 m), Bosbergheia is one of the higher points in Bymarka and provides stunning views across the Trondheim Fjord. It can be linked with neighbouring Storheia to make a thoroughly satisfying round.
An easy-to-climb mountain near Röros. The mostly beautiful paths are lined with birch, pine, wild berries, and heather. From the top, you have a sweeping view.
Vassfjellet is a winter park during the cold season, with slopes for snow sports enthusiasts. In the summer, it's a fine hike that's only a stone's throw from Trondheim.
Since there is no summit cross or the like, a bit difficult to see, you can still orientate yourself on the pile of stones. When you look around you get a lot of respect for the surrounding mountains.
