Quiet corner.

A wonderful place to linger by the harbor. Great food and very well-designed seating, as well as the floral decorations and surrounding fairy lights. A wonderful sight to behold and highly recommended.

If you want to avoid the main roads between Elmshorn and Glückstadt, this is the perfect place. The roads are in good condition (as of May 25). The route is ideal for solo riders and small groups (max. 6). Larger groups may find it difficult to navigate, as the road is narrow and there are few options for avoiding oncoming traffic.

A detour here is obligatory when visiting Kollmar.

Short break at the old tree

Sea-going vessels up to 130 metres long, 16 metres wide and 5.8 metres deep can dock in Glückstadt's outer harbour. It has been operated since 1995 by Glückstadt Port GmbH, a subsidiary of the Schramm Group. The inland harbour behind the barrier is now only of interest to sport and leisure boating.

Always worth a trip, simply beautiful to look at
