The Wolfsschlucht is an impressive gorge and is accessible from three sides. If you go north at the crossing point in the Wolfsschlucht (Gorges du Loup) or up the steps on the right coming from Echternach, you will come to a lookout point with a view of the Sauer. There is also a bench on the rock to rest on and you will probably be alone here most of the time, which I personally like.
