The memorial chapel at Rudem was consecrated in 1957. The mosaic altarpiece is by the Mettlach artist Gottwald. It depicts the Virgin Mary spreading her protective cloak over the congregation. In the foreground: a winegrower on the right, a mother with her child on the left, the parish church behind, and the vineyards of Klüsserath in the background. The Rudem Chapel is located at the end of the 14-station Way of the Cross.

Anyone who hikes to the Rudems Chapel in the vineyards will be rewarded with a beautiful view of the Moselle Valley.

At the weather station, next to the pilgrim stamp, there is also a wine vending machine for immediate consumption with comfortable seating
