My bike tour on November 6, 2025, took me from Rehlingen through Siersburg towards Gerlfangen. On the L172 country road, between Siersburg and Gerlfangen, you could see Siersburg Castle in the background if you looked to the right. Since I wanted to continue on to Biringen, a detour to Siersburg Castle wasn't an option for me that day.

The Siersburg Castle sheep graze on the fallow land around the castle from March until late autumn. They then spend the winter in the Itzbach Valley.
