20의 칼로가지 명소 & 주요 장소

매우 흥미로운 장거리 하이킹입니다. 다른 하이커들을 거의 만나지 않았고 숙박 장소를 쉽게 찾을 수 있었습니다. 항상 물 공급을 염두에 두고 기회가 있을 때마다 제때 보충해야 합니다. Clonegal에서의 복귀는 택시로 불가능했기 때문에 5km 떨어진 Bunclody까지 걸어가야 했습니다. 하지만 마지막 투어는 7km로 예상했기 때문에 괜찮았습니다. 하지만 길을 따라 걷는 것은 그다지 좋지 않습니다.

Carlow Castle was built early in the 13th century, replacing an earlier earth and timber construction on the same site. The castle was built as a classic four-towered keep - a large rectangular body with drum towers at each corner. Today only part of the structure remains, the west wall with two original towers, the rest is in ruins. The castle is free to visit and includes some information panels.

The beautiful, seven-arch Graiguenamanagh Bridge crosses the River Barrow, which forms the border between Counties Carlow and Kilkenny. It was originally built in the 1760s and was rebuilt after damage suffered during the 1798 rebellion. It's been said to be one of the most aesthetically pleasing bridges in the country.

Beautiful walk through the Wicklow mountains. I started from Marley house (south of Dublin) and I did the whole route in seven stages all very beautiful and different from each other. An experience that I recommend

peaceful and quiet area for a rest.

Huntington Castle, also known as Clonegal Castle, is a castle in Clonegal, County Carlow, Ireland, built in 1625. The structure was originally a "plantation castle", used for defensive purposes during the plantation of the area in the early 17th century. The original tower house, which served as a garrison, was built in the 15th century as a stronghold for the Caviness family, an old Irish clan.
