The Seifenteich pond is an idyllic spot for hikers, walkers, and, of course, anglers. The Bad Steben health hiking trail passes by the lake.

It's nice and quiet here by the lake. Ideal for a rest or a workout, because it's the 9th station on the Bad Steben health trail: 25 seconds are longer than you think if you're supposed to stand on one leg with your arms stretched upwards and your body tense. :)

The lake can be reached from the surrounding towns of Geroldsgrün (about 2 km from the lake), Lichtenberg (4 km away) and Schlegel (about 5 km away).
