From the "Greeting to the Sun," you can enjoy impressive views of the Zadar Canal, the offshore islands, and the famous sunset. The modern "Greeting to the Sun" structure consists of 200 multilayered glass panels that form a circle with a diameter of 22 meters. Solar energy is collected during the day and used in the surrounding area at night. In the immediate vicinity is the Zadar Sea Organ, another iconic installation that has made Zadar famous worldwide.

Nin is the oldest Croatian royal city. The picturesque old town is located on a small island in the middle of a lagoon. Nin has the smallest cathedral in the world. You enter the city via a brick bridge with a great city gate. As soon as you walk through it, you are captivated by the atmosphere of the old town. I was particularly fascinated by the remains of a Roman temple. The old town is small but beautiful.

A really beautiful place. Despite the traffic, it's worth taking a break here.

Outstanding national park with magnificent nature. The lower part is certainly overcrowded in the high season, but higher up there is complete peace. Very steep and alpine hiking trails available. Refuges in the mountains complete the offer. A magnificent experience that is second to none for every nature lover in the off-season.

I think that the scale for depicting our solar system is not quite right.
