The collegiate church is part of the best-preserved monastery complex in all of Brandenburg and is considered a monument of national importance. It is connected to the Chapel of the Holy Sepulchre, which became known as a place of pilgrimage in the 15th century. The collegiate church and the Chapel of the Holy Sepulchre also host concerts in the summer, inviting visitors to enjoy the atmosphere of the churches.

The Nordhaus on Damenplatz was built in the 1720s.

The dovecote of the small farmyard was built at the beginning of the 19th century on an octagonal ground plan. The half-timbered structure with exposed brick panels is particularly distinctive for the St. Andrew's cross bands on the upper floor and the widely overhanging conical roof with a ridge crown. The dovecote was restored in 2006.

The Stiftshauptmann's House was built in 1838 on the foundations of an older building. It is an important part of the monastery complex and currently serves as a schoolhouse for the Protestant Community School.
