The cycle path along the Ruwer from the high forest in Hermeskeil to the mouth of the Moselle is a real cycling highlight. You can now drive it to Bostalsee

The Hunsrück is more diverse than you might think. After a long stretch through the dense forest, you reach an open landscape near Zerf, which allows far-reaching views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. On the plateau above the Saar there are isolated tiny villages, in between you will find pure nature.
