The elongated artillery tower (1517-1521) has thick walls and two vaulted rooms, connected by a staircase that follows the slope of the terrain. Open only in the evening for a guided tour with snacks.

The Lac de Charmes dam is a dam which forms a 197 hectare reservoir, located near the town of Langres in the Haute-Marne department. It is one of the four lakes which supply water to the Marne-Saône canal.
