Konstanz is so beautiful. A city with lots of students, a very nice old town with historical buildings, a council, sculptures by the artist Lenk such as Imperia, the Lenk fountain in the upper arbor, simply worth seeing.

Good cycle (velo) path with a fine view over the lake. Depending on the traffic, you can also take the RR very quickly.

Lake Constance is a remarkable site, but also a historical and tourist hotspot. Between swimming and cycling, it is possible to visit the historic center of which many buildings date from the Middle Ages, which is remarkable in Germany, since most cities were bombed during the last war. Constance having escaped this thanks to its proximity to Switzerland, the city was able to keep its city center intact.

Konstanz is a beautiful city on Lake Constance, where there is a lot to discover. There are several places where you can look out over Lake Constance. Unfortunately, some places are very crowded.

On the way from Stein am Rhein you pass through some pretty Swiss villages. About halfway through Berlingen with its Protestant village church from 1842, which dominates the silhouette. Berlingen was first mentioned in a document in 894 under the name "Perenwang" or "Berenwang" – which means nothing other than the Bero corridor. As a result, the name of the settlement on the lake changed several times, to "Bernach" and finally to "Bernang", then to "Berlang". It was not until 1750 that the village was given the name "Berlingen". Berlingen was already linked to the Reichenau monastery in the early Middle Ages. On the opposite (German) side of the lake you can see the Höri with Hemmenhofen, Gaienhofen and Horn. After Berlingen, the island of Reichenau comes into view.
