A special eye-catcher in the port of Konstanz is the concrete statue “Imperia”, which was erected in 1993 and is intended to serve as a satirical reminder of the Council of Constance (1414–1418).
From here you can reach the cities of Friedrichshafen and Ravensburg via express bus lines that run several times a day on weekdays. In the summer, a private passenger ship runs from Konstanz-Seestraße via Bodensee-Therme, the Swiss Bottighofen and back to Konstanz-Hafen.
