Behind the old mill, the old wooden mill wheel is still suspended in the water. There are plenty of lovely seating areas and tables all around for a rest. The trees provide shade, perfect for a break.

Watermill, beautifully situated after a tour through the forested grounds of the Merzen golf course. The forest path is very easy to ride on an e-bike.

A sturdy little rest and shelter hut. Inside, it has benches and a table. Built and maintained by the Bramsche Local History and Tourism Association. Opposite is a beautiful bench with a red flower carved into it. This is also Emergency Site 22. There are also various hiking trail markers at the corner.

An official TerraTrack trail runs through the lagoon/quarry, so the issue with the resident is largely resolved.

The Hase is a 169.6 km long river. It rises in the Teutoburg Forest, south of Osnabrück, and flows into the Ems near Meppen. From this point, you have beautiful views in both directions. A walking path also runs along the river towards Bramsche.
