The Peißnitz Bridge connects the northern part of Halle's city center and Giebichenstein with Peißnitz Island. Excursion boats are regularly seen under the bridge. Visitors can also rent boats there during the warmer months. From the bridge, there is a beautiful view of the Heinrich Heine Rock.
