A very interesting and impressive building! The "Bücker Cathedral." The Evangelical Lutheran former collegiate church of St. Materniani et St. Nicolai in Bücken, popularly known as "Bücker Cathedral," is a Romanesque basilica with twin towers dating back to the 12th century. Legend of its founding: Monks who were to build the church and determine its location asked God for a sign. They wanted to build the church where the donkey they were bringing with them would "bend over" to feed.
