The gate tower of Roth Castle was built by the Knights Hospitaller around 1610. It is two-story and one of the older parts of the property.

The Catholic Church of St. Peter above the village of Roth originated from a commandery of the Knights Templar. Construction began around 1100 and was completed during the 12th century. In 1311, ownership of the three-aisled basilica (built on the foundations of the original church) passed to the Knights Hospitaller, as the Knights Templar were dissolved. The church was the place of worship of the mother parish of Vianden. On the east side is the so-called "Rother Männchen" (little Roth man) – a stone figure with short, raised arms. A stone plague cross from the 16th century can also be found in the adjacent cemetery.
