Every animal lover should experience a reindeer tour at least once. The owners are incredibly kind, and the alpine pasture is clearly a labor of love. It's beautifully decorated, with several shelters and seating areas. The reindeer even choose their own hiking partners. In my opinion, it's not suitable for children. Of course, if the parents are leading the animals, it's perfectly fine. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back.

The Reindeer Pasture offers a large area home to around 20 reindeer. You can book hikes with the four-legged friends at www.rentieralm.de. A wonderful experience!

Walking through the vines is always a pleasure, and now with the autumn colors it's almost kitsch-like...

The place is perfect for a rest - even for larger hiking groups, as there are also plenty of benches and tables :-)

From here to the street leading to Niederthäler Hof, there are 240 steps. But they're absolutely worth it.

A very beautiful spot after the climb out of the valley. We had a leisurely snack here today. Keep your eyes peeled for the rare plants that grow here.
