The village church of Hönow is a fieldstone church dating from the 13th century. It was restored and reopened to the public after suffering severe damage from bombing and artillery fire during the war. These churches are a common sight in the Berlin area, the Mark Brandenburg region, and even in Berlin itself. In Berlin, these churches are among the oldest and best-preserved buildings.
