The Dutch mill is located on the so-called Galgenberg in Turnow and has been family-owned since 1894. Visitors can learn interesting facts about the history and function of the mill. In the 1930s, the mill was technically upgraded. Since this conversion, the historical mill technology has been operated by an electric motor.

The ferry runs from 9 am to 8 pm on weekends and public holidays during the summer. Tuesday to Friday it runs until 7 pm. It's closed on Mondays. It gets quite busy during peak hours... When the ferry is running, the snack bar next to it is also open.
