Very scenic location with some pretty photo motifs. The cycle paths are very well paved and are easy to drive on.

Chic local recreation area... good water quality, DLRG station and location.... next to it is the tankumsee campsite

Nice large area of water. Has a certain similarity to our Dattelner Meer 😁

The view of the large area is like a lake. If you want to use the Elbe Lateral Canal for cycling, you can switch to the other side of the river via the next eastern bridge and then immediately turn right to get to the canal.
