Make sure to have a picnic in the monastery garden. There is nice seating and the garden is very interesting. You shouldn't just walk through the monastery, but take your time. I found the exhibition on the Global Ethic to be very successful and surprisingly open. Make sure to also look into the studio, there are unusual works to be admired.
