The striking manor house was built in 1839 on the site of the farm, which was first mentioned in 1216 as a granary for Herrenalb Abbey. Today (2025), it houses, among other things, a Ukrainian restaurant.

The Spatenbrünnele is a small spring in the forest that provides runners with fresh water. An idyllic spot that invites you to linger for a while.

A relatively rocky trail with large rocks, small drops, and a sandy surface – technically a bit challenging, meaning it's for slightly more advanced riders and not necessarily for complete beginners. Therefore, it's definitely not a "bicycle highlight," but rather for mountain bikes. Then it's fun, too. The average rider on a standard trekking bike or even a regular gravel bike will probably have to dismount and carry their bikes in places. But it's worth it.
