A very nice old café, owned for 60 years, the house 200 years old. Very nice owners, very nice, a little gem. The cake 🎂 very tasty I treated myself to 2 pieces. A farm shop in the yard. To buy regional sausage. Really nicely done. It was an interesting experience. 10 out of 10 🌟 from me.

I recommend combining the Poggemühlen manor house (from 1585) with a tour of the northern Hoelzerbruch-Malse path. Best combined with a visit to the Oeser Church, which is also worth seeing. The picturesque Kirchsteig leads directly to Basdahl and thus back to the north path.
