The Trifelsblickhütte is operated by PWV-Gleisweiler. It is 550 m high and is one of the highest PWV huts. Food and drink is always available. The view of the Annweiler castles is downright spectacular from up here.

Apart from the touch of history, the castle offers a wonderful view of the surrounding area. Very nice, definitely worth a detour. Gastronomy is not neglected. You can also enjoy the surroundings with a piece of cake and a cup of coffee on the terrace of the cafeteria.

"Thanks" of the chairlift is often busy here. On a nice weekend you will rarely get a table on the terrace of the restaurant. Above the restaurant on the ruins but you always have the opportunity to enjoy the view.

Absolute highlight in the region. Due to the historical importance of the Hambach Festival this castle is maintained like no other. From that point of view, it makes an extremely neat impression - one might even think that it is a new building made of "old" .... Inside there is a restaurant and an interesting museum.

The Hambach Castle is worth a visit. The original site was from the 11th century and belonged to the property of the Salier. Because it was built at a strategically favorable location on the Hambach Schlossberg, it dominated both as a protection as well as Raubritterburg the crossing at Neustadt trade routes.
